We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in the historical district and within walking distance to the busier parts of the city, but without the noise and crowds. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and beautiful rooms that were a pleasure to be in. The staff were very nice, attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was delicious.

The hotel had a great ambiance and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to main attractions and easy to get around the city. The decor was stylish and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. One of the best parts was the bar, with a wide range of cocktails to choose from and a bartender who was entertaining and skilled.
My experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The wifi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Some guests reported that there was insufficient sound insulation on the doors, making it possible to hear conversations in the hallway.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was welcoming and attentive. the location is great, in a quiet and secluded area that's still close to all the main attractions. the room was spacious, with plenty of natural light. the luxurious amenities, such as the rainfall showerhead and the exclusive treatments, fulfilled all my needs. the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of options and high-quality products.
The only issue that I had was with the shower door, which had trouble staying closed and caused the floor to become quite wet. It was a minor inconvenience, but one that I would expect to be fixed in such a high-end venue.
